Through the joint construction of an “intelligent transport supervision platform” and the innovation of the “Shanport-one-port connection mode”, the digital regulatory coordination level is further enhanced; By promoting the upgrading of intelligent facilities and equipment such as port supervision workplaces, inspection platforms, bayonets and video surveillance, we will further deepen the digital cooperation between customs and ports. By carrying out the construction of public information platform for aviation logistics and optimizing the intelligent supervision mode of airport customs, the informatization level of aviation logistics will be further improved.
In terms of deepening operational reform and vigorously improving customs clearance efficiency, our province will further simplify the supervision and inspection process, strengthen the innovation of port logistics business, deepen convenient measures such as “first release and then inspection” and “immediate discharge and inspection”, and accelerate the port inspection and release of bulk resource goods. At the same time, the “green channel” of fresh and perishable agricultural and food products should be unblocked to promote the rapid clearance of food and agricultural products.
